The Maledives islands are lying like pearls in the Indian Ocean, consisting of a double chain of 26 atolls with over 2.000 small islands.
Only few of them are occupied by domestic residents. On few other islands you can visit some marvellous hotel resorts, which offer a luxury residence in this area. The Maledives are a paradise for snorkeling, diving or only relaxing at the beach.
The photos on my webpage are made in March 2014 around the North Male Atoll and in March 2016 around the Faafu Atoll.
